Our country is passing through a very challenging time due to Corona Virus. At this juncture , we have to respond to the Nation's call to support those who are in the need of financial help. We must take care of society and needy people. It is difficult for each one of us to identify the needy persons.Hence we have to route the financial aid through central agency by contributing to Prime minister's care fund. Our Hon'ble Chairman Sh. Naveen Jindal has already declared a contribution of Rs. 25 crores to PM's Care Fund. Though money is always in short supply, each one of us needs money but we should see how much we can donate to most needy persons to live their lives. I urge everyone to donate / contribute generously to PM's Care fund. I am contributing my 7 days salary to PMs Care fund. So are my senior colleagues in JSPL/ JPL and JSIS. I urge everyone to try to spare maximum in this bad time to contribute to PMs care fund through one central Pool of JSPL. The persons who are going to contribute 7 days salary will be serving a larger community. This is absolutely voluntary. HRD will deduct 3.5 days salary in this month and another 3.5 days from the next month of salary so that the financial burden is not felt by an individual. Pls give your consent to your HRD head. The junior staff may contribute minimum one day salary to the PM care fund. Middle and upper middle managers and staff should give more and more. I will be glad, if 7 days salary is donated. This is my request to all of you.
