Keeping this in mind, JSPL has pioneered the manufacturing of 121 meters as rolled long track rails and designed a facility to factory weld these rails in welded lengths of up to 484 meters with only 3 welds. These long track rails are a testimony to JSPL's manufacturing capabilities where continuous innovation is a practice rather than an exception. JSPL is first Indian producer to produce value added Head Hardened Rails used in Metro Rails and High Speed corridor projects
